Dockline Sourcing is a small sourcing and procurement service based in Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas. This notice explains what we collect through this website, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

When you submit the inquiry form, we receive what you type into it:

• Your phone number, if you choose to provide it
• Details about what you need to source, including product category, volume, and timeline

Please don't include payment details, passwords, or other sensitive personal information in the form.

Like any website, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the page and protect it from abuse.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry and follow up about your sourcing need
• To research suppliers and prepare comparisons you've asked for
• To keep a record of our conversations with you

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising. We'll only email you about your inquiry and related work. We won't add you to a mailing list.

Who else processes it

We use a few service providers to run this website and deliver your inquiry to us:

• Cloudflare hosts this website and handles the form submission.
• Resend delivers your inquiry to our inbox by email.
• Google (Gmail) hosts our business email, where inquiries are received and answered.

When you ask us to source something, we may share the product details you gave us with potential suppliers to get quotes. We don't share your contact details with suppliers without asking you first.

Cookies and tracking

This website doesn't use analytics, advertising trackers, or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry emails for as long as we're working with you, and afterwards for our business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information you've sent us. Email docklinesourcing@gmail.com and we'll respond promptly.
